Customer Service Representative Monday - Friday Full Time w Benefits Triangle Dies and Supplies

Job Summary:

Coordinates production of die-cutting and die making with customer and the production staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinates production of die-cutting and/or die-making services with customers' requirements

Confirms with customers throughout production to keep them informed of the status of their job

Solicit and resolve inquires and complaints

Obtain approval or materials, and to procure information, materials, and equipment needed by established personnel to process order

Determine supplies, materials, and equipment needed for each job ticket

Monitors progress of job order throughout production

Works with establishment personnel and alters production schedule and job order to expedite timely processing of job in accordance with customers' requirements and company standards

Responsible for processing orders placed by customers via phone, fax, or email.

Quoting jobs as specified by customers, using in house price book and knowledge of company standards

Develops and maintains customer specifications sheets in CyFrame

Reads and/or scales blueprints and samples

Train and monitor workflow of new employees

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

High School graduate or GED Equivalent

Fluent English

Strong math and problem solving skills

Computer proficient

Ability to read and understand blueprints

Practical understanding of manufacturing, equipment, and workflow

Strong organizational skills

Solis documentation skills

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit and work at a computer terminal for long periods of time

Able to bend, twist, reach and lift materials up to 50lbs.

This is high-speed, high pressure production work in a competitive manufacturing environment. Employee must be able to work under stress and pressure to meet customers deadlines. All employees are responsible for quality control and must meet production standards.
